FameCreds are the credits you use to run any analysis tool on FameWeaver. Think of them like tokens at an arcade - you purchase them once, then spend them on whichever tools you want to use, whenever you want to use them. Every new account starts with 50 free FameCreds automatically, giving you enough to run a complete StorySense analysis on a short story or try out several individual tools before deciding whether to purchase more. When you select a tool to run on your story, the exact credit cost is displayed clearly before you confirm - there are never surprise charges. After the analysis completes (usually 2-5 minutes depending on story length), the credits are deducted from your balance and you receive your detailed feedback. Your credit balance is always visible in the top corner of your dashboard, and you can view your complete transaction history in account settings to see exactly what you've spent credits on and when. There's no minimum purchase requirement, no hidden fees, and no obligation to buy more after your free credits run out.
