By accessing or using FameWeaver ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FameWeaver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

FameWeaver provides an AI-powered platform for storytellers, including:

StorySense analysis tools

Writing assistance & feedback

Community & collaboration

Story marketplace

Writing contests

Industry connections

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to FameWeaver, including scripts, stories, and other creative works. By uploading content, you grant FameWeaver a limited license to display and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content

The FameWeaver platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its underlying technology without express written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

Upload malicious code or content

Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. AI-Generated Analysis

Our AI tools provide analysis and suggestions based on patterns and industry standards. This analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

FameWeaver does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. Use of AI analysis is at your own discretion.

7. Payment and FameCreds

FameWeaver uses a credit-based system called FameCreds for accessing premium features.

Credit Purchases

Credits are purchased in packages and never expire

Subscriptions

Optional monthly subscriptions provide recurring credits

Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable except for technical issues (case-by-case)

Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions anytime, retaining access until period ends

8. Limitation of Liability

FameWeaver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately
You may request export of your content before termination
Unused FameCreds are forfeited upon account termination for cause
